A method for estimation of efficiency of treatment with acebutolol of patients with ischemic heart disease with angina pectoris and arterial hypertensy and disorder of diastolic function of the left ventricle by «hypertrophic» type comprises the comparison of patient state before and after the treatment. Before treatment with acebutolol in patient in the rest the Doppler echocardiography is carried out and transmitral bleeding is determined.
