A method for treatment of chronic pain syndrome for oncologic patients with scoliokyphosis or spine fracture-dislocation by the cannulation of epidural space. Preliminary the sciagraphy of backbone is carried out for patient in sagital and frontal planes, then using obtained X-ray image, a shape is given to epidural needle, modeling pathological curvatives of the backbone, whereupon the epidural blockade is performed with subsequent cannulation using the modified epidural needle.
