A three-channel distribution device of periodic sequence of packet of pulses with adjustable period, length and pulse quantity, two reversible binary counter-down counters in a packet, each of which comprising clock input, synchronous parallel load and load data input; counter mode enable input, asynchronous reset input, overflow input, inverter, first and second OR elements, a circuit comprising in series connected resistor and capacitor, a start-stop device comprising synchronous D flip-flop having asynchronous reset input, first and second AND elements. In addition, second inverter, two JK flip-flops having by two J and K inputs, asynchronous reset input; third, fourth and fifth AND elements, outputs of which form outputs of distribution device, modulo two element are incorporated.
