Method for diagnostics of Chlamydia pneumonia in children of early age includes determination of early IgM in biological fluid of a sick child. In the sample of blood serum one additionally determines the level of CD-3 and CD-16 and at concentration CD-3 1.32±0.09 10/l and lower, and CD-16 0.48±0.03 10/l and lower one diagnoses risk of development of obstructive complications.
