METHOD FOR TRANSLOCATION OF CORONARY ARTERY IN SURGERY OF ARTERIAL SWITCH-OVER

摘要

A method for translocation of the coronary artery in the surgery of arterial switch-over consists in rotating button arteries by 20-25 degrees towards the origin of the additional artery. The efficacy of translocation is assessed by visualization of filling of the coronary artery upon removal of the clamp from aorta and intraoperatively by electrocardiographical absence of the signs of heart weakness and ischemia of myocardium.
