METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF RADIO-INDUCES INTERSTITIAL FIBROSIS OF MYOCARDIUM IN PATIENTS WITH RELATIVE INSULIN INSUFFICIENCY

Method for diagnostics of interstitial fibrosis of myocardium in patients with relative insufficiency of insulin at which one additionally measures concentrations of intact aminoterminal propeptide of procollagen of the I type (PINP) and carboxyterminal telopeptide of collagen of the I type (ICTP) in blood serum with following calculation of volumetric fraction of interstitial collagen, with calculation of relative insufficiency of insulin. Radio-induced interstitial fibrosis of myocardium in patients with relative insufficiency of insulin is diagnosed when increase above norm of characteristics of synthesis and degradation of collagen of I type takes place at background of concentric reconstruction of myocardium of the left ventricle.
