METHOD for vacuum-arc deposition of coatings on the inside surfaces of long artices

摘要

A method for vacuum-arc deposition of coatings on the inner surfaces of long artices includes placing of evaporated material inside the long artice. The long artices is placed in a bath with molten salts. A temperature stabilization of long artice is carried out by varying the temperature of molten salts.
