A method for increasing of sensitisation to Oxacyllinum of the museum strain of staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 using low-intensity laser irradiation with the wave-length of 635 nm comprises the irradiation of standard suspension of museum strain of staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 with continuous ray of low-intensity laser of infra-red range in meat-peptone broth. The icroorganism cultures are irradiated directly and sown again on solid nutrient environment. Then they are applied on membrane discs and maintained. Then zones of delayed grown are measured and obtained results are compared.
