A fluid composite with improved cosmetic properties for filling the cavities in molars and premolars contains Bis-GMA (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl methacrylate), EPO (ethoxylated bisphenol-A-diglycidyl methacrylate), OCM-2 (oligocarbonate methacrylate), UDMA (urethane methacrylate), TGM (triglycidyl methacrylate), monomer diluent, silane, amine (paratoluidine), aerosil A-100, aluminoborobariumsilicate glass, inhibitors and stabilizers, camphoroquinone, pigments, and fine silicon oxide grade A-50. The composition has the viscous consistence. The highly active filler is prepared as the special clusters.
