A technique for pancreatojejunoanastomosis in the surgical treatment of the patients with cancer of head of pancreas and periampullary area provides for generating pancreatojejunoanastomosis consisting of two circular layers internal and external. The external area is further reinforced by fixation to two transverse sutures that were used earlier as tack-up sutures in cutting tumor with the segment of organ.
