A working attachment for laying cables at sea beds and bottoms of shallow water reservoirs that includes an underwater plough equipped with lowering-lifting device and support skis differs with the fact that it is an excavator mounted element with a shift axis of the boom installed on the slide with horizontal guides fixed with vertical support standpipes with spacers (con-rods) to the rear part of the floating mean, the excavator mounted element comprises a boom and a handle at the end of which two executive devices are installed, one of those is a vibratory plough with an autonomous hydro-drive, it is fixed by means of a hinge-parallelogram system to the handle at behind with respect to motion of floating mean, and the second a disc cutter with a drive high-torque hydro-motor on its shaft fixed by means of a lever to the handle of the suspension at front side, for lifting and lowering executive devices the excavator mounted element is equipped with hydro-cylinders, in the front section of the floating mean on the deck a manipulator is installed, and a cylinder for cable feeding to the cable layer (vibratory plough) by means of cable rollers fixed on the cabin of the floating mean, support standpipe and the handle.
