A method for treating the chronic Helicobacter-associated erosive-ulcerated gastroduodenal diseases in the children provides for the complex therapy. Three-component medicamentous therapy (Flemoxin solutab + Claritromycin + De-Nol for 7 days) is supplemented with Mexidol as a drug possessing antioxidant, vegetotropic, antihypoxic, anxiolytic, membrane-protective and stress-protective activities at a dose of twice a day after the meals for 4 weeks.
