TECHNIQUE FOR TRANSANAL POLYPECTOMY OF FLATTENED LARGE ADENOMATOUS POLYPS IN RECTUM

摘要

A technique for transanal polypectomy of flattened large adenomatous polyps in rectum comprises electroexcision for resecting polyp with rectal mucosa. Welding electrocoagulator EK-300M1 with specialized bipolar electrosurgical instruments is used. The tissues are compressed with the aid of electrodes. After the programmable welding, the tissues being held are freed and dissected bloodlessly.
