A method for concomitant radio-immunotherapy in patients with breast cancer includes correction of immune disorders by means of immunotropic preparations. Additionally one determines the levels of cytokines of blood serum, anti-inflammatory interleukin, pro-inflammatory interleukins, tumor necrosis factor, interferon and indices of quality of life. Immune disorders are removed by combined use of preparations Licopid and Melatonin by regimen.
