DEVICE FOR ELASTIC FASTENING OF FROG RAIL AND GUARD RAIL IN A SWITCH GUARD RAIL ASSEMBLY

A device for elastic fastening of frog rail and guard rail in a switch guard rail assembly includes a baseplate (1) for placement of frog rail (2) on which (1) at the outer side of the frog rail (2) a lug (3) is provided, with a socket (5) installed on it by means of fixation elements (4). At the inner side of the frog rail (2) a post (6) is installed for fastening by means of fasteners (7) of guard rail (8), this is arranged with lengthwise cavity (9) in the lower section and with cross projection (10) at its upper wall (11), elastic holder (12) that with the front part rests on the base (13) of the frog rail (2), and with the middle part rests at the cross projection (10) of the post (6). The elastic holder (12) is arranged as a plate and is made of elastic steel with cross radial bend from down upwards as a cross corrugation (14) in the back section. In the side ribs (15) of the post (6) coaxial cross slots (16) are provided, through those a shaped wedging element (17) goes, this is arranged with wedge-like front section (18) and with a depression (19) in the front section, there within elastic deformations with its back section the elastic holder (12) is fixed by means of a bend section of the cross corrugation (14).
