A method for evaluation of the functional activity of microvascular endothelial action comprises the effect of low intensive electromagnetic radiation of high frequency on a site of biologically active point of GI-4 of the right hand. The changes in blood flow are registered, value of capillary blood flow reserve is calculated, as well as functional activity of endothelium, and ratio of the amplitude values of endothelial rhythms. By results of comparison of indices of blood flow changes, recorded at the first day and the tenth day of the course, the functional activity of microvascular endothelium is assessed.
