A method for improving the efficiency of chemotherapy for malignant tumors resistant to chemotherapy. To enhance the efficiency of chemotherapy green tea nanoextraction is containing green tea polyphenols, made of plain green tea extract by means of spray drying and/or grinding in ball mills to the size of nanoparticles, which provides the reduction of chemoresistance degree of tumor cells.
