摘要

A method for myocardial protection during surgery of aortocoronary bypass surgery, which comprises the use of intracoronary bypass during surgery which allows not to constrict the ascending aorta and thereby to minimize the risk of myocardial ischemia, cardiac weakness, development of disorders of rhythm and conduction, traumas of ascending aorta with possible occurrence of dissections in site of clamping.
