A method for diagnosing insulin resistance in the girls with pubertal uterine bleedings comprises the examination of the physical development of the girls, the sonography of uterus, and analysis of the medical history. The most informative clinical-anamnestic features are selected, the prognostic coefficients are calculated, and formation of insulin resistance is ascertained.
