A crude oil and petroleum products vapor recovery system with use of a compressor-expander installation comprises pipelines, a compressor, heat exchangers, devices for separating and discharging liquid fraction. It further comprises a gas manifold of tanks in the form of a gas compensating system with at least one gas collector in the form of a flexible tank-gasholder.
