A method for simulation of animal osteoarticular tuberculosis is based on introduction of Koch's bacillus suspension into a bone with the following clinical observation of animal state for definite time where the metaphyseal part of the bone is denuded, with the help of a hollow cutter the trephine opening with creation of a round cortical lamella is made with separation from the bone, and after introduction of the specified material into spongiform tissue the trephine opening is sealed up with this lamella using a medical wax, and the trephine opening in the metaphase is made abarticularly.
