A method for study of anatomical and morphological structure of the pulp chamber, root canals, a system of branching and anastomoses of different groups of teeth comprises the microscopic examination of the removed tooth in the light microscope after its previous preparation. The removed tooth immersed into a glass vessel with 7% solution of formic acid and kept for 14 days with renewal of solution every 3 days. At the 14-th day the tooth is removed from acid solution and rinsed under running water for 2 hours using a syringe with a needle, coronal portion of the tooth is punctured and soluble paint is injected under pressure. Then the tooth is immersed in alcohol, gradually increasing its concentration 25%, 50%, 70%, 90%, 96%, in alcohol in different concentrations the teeth are kept for 30 minutes after alcohol the tooth is placed in dymetylbenzol and discolored and then the study of internal structures is performed.
