A method of payment for goods or services with discount consists in that an information system and a plastic card of client are used, for which identification data about each client are entered. The bases of information systems of employers are connected to the bases of information systems of trade enterprises or suppliers of goods or services. To control the expenses on the base of personal cards of employees, for which the employer credits a certain limit of wages, a credit limit, and the funds contributed by the owner of employee’s card to receive discounts when purchasing goods, which are issued on account of wages, an identification device identifies the good, its cost and quantity and the data from the personal card of the employee are read, and limit of wages is written off. After that, the employee shall be issued a receipt with information about the number, cost of obtained good, rest of limit, credit and one's own resources, and information about discount.
