A method of genetical selection among plus trees of common pine of a genotype with the large amount of heterozygous progeny comprises selection in family test trees, isolating DNA, amplification of microsatellite loci Pttx2146 and Spac 11.8 and the further electrophoretic separation of amplicons and determining genotypes. It has the allels 9; 18 by the locus Spac 11.8 and 8; 11 by the locus Pttx2146 as the genetic markers.
