TECHNIQUE FOR MINIMAL INVASIVE TWO-BUNDLE RECONSTRUCTION OF CORACOCLAVICULAR LIGAMENT IN TREATMENT OF ACUTE LESION OF ACROMIAL-CLAVICULAR JOINT

摘要

A technique for the minimal invasive two-bundle reconstruction of the coracoclavicular ligament in the treatment of the acute lesion of acromial-clavicular joint comprises fixation of the acromial end of the clavicle with the bundle of the threads and metal fixators. The microplates and lavsan threads stabilizing the clavicle upon their passage through the channels in coracoid reconstruct the patterns of force distribution applied onto the acromial end of the clavicle along the directions similar to that in the trapezoid and conical ligaments producing together the coracoclavicular ligament.
