A method for body mass correction in hyperphagia (overeating and obesity) comprises correction of mass guided by psychotherapy aimed at the psychological attitude of non-consumption of the excess food. The method also comprises the individual talk with the client and psychologist, the rational psychotherapy with consciousness of the problem by the client and the increase in motivation for the treatment.
