A device for repositioning of diaphyseal fractures of the long bones of the limbs consists of intraosseous rod of one-hole console, located on ¾ multi-hole base. The intraosseous wiring rod is connected with cylinder clutch, one-hole console and threaded rod using locking nuts with the possibility to move.
