A microprocessor system for monitoring and prognosis of remaining life of high-voltage sulphur hexafluoride switches comprises a microprocessor, a timer, three deciphers, a storage unit, two enciphers, a four-port module, two registers, an analog-to-digital converter, an electronic switch and an analogue signal shaper are introduced, wherein a bus output of the first microprocessor port address is connected to the input of a timer address bus, two registers and four-port module. The introduction of new elements and interconnections enables to enhance significantly due to capability of the system to perform monitoring of a technical condition of high-voltage sulphur hexafluoride switches in terms of a unified information positions, to improve depth and diagnostics level as well as increase significantly performance reliability level due to capability to determine limit values of critical resource of high-voltage sulphur hexafluoride switches and to identify pre-emergency and emergency conditions of their operation.
