METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF LIPID METABOLIC IMBALANCE AT POLYPOSIS

A method for evaluation of lipid metabolic imbalance at polyposis involves the determination of content of myristic and palmitic fat acids and the sum of poly-unsaturated fat acids in blood serum by method of gas-liquid chromatography. One calculates the ratio of those by given formula, and at difference of the values obtained compared to control one evaluates lipid metabolic imbalance.
