The invention relates to fire-extinguishing substances, in particular to the aqueous fire-extinguishing agents used for charging the fire-extinguishing devices. The aqueous fire-extinguishing agent consists of the working solution of KNO, the foaming special-purpose substance AFFF according to state standard of 4041-2001. These substances are mixed with water at a specified optimal ratio allowing for the improvement of fire-extinguishing properties of the composition, the decreased freezing temperature, and the increased moistening properties. The composition is supplied with the aid of fine dispersion technique with the drops 350-20 µm in size.
