A three-generation plant relates to the field of heat-power engineering, in particular it can be used as an autonomous power unit for stationary and movable objects for purpose of simultaneous production of cold, electric and thermal energy. In the three-generation unit that has with the prototype a common feature a four-cylinder four-stroke combustion engine with electric generator, utilizer-cooler of gas-air mix of combustion products with system of pipelines and gas ducts, cooling jacket of inner circuit of oil and cooling liquid of the engine, heat exchanger heat regenerator of liquid flow cross coupling, circuit of the cooling system of the engine with circulation pump and circuit of water cooling of the heat supply network with circulation pump, according to the invention, additionally it includes in the body a device for heating fuel mix, vortex pipe, heat regenerator of worked-out gases, at that the device for heating fuel mix, the vortex pipe and the heat regenerator of worked out gases are connected to each other in sequence.
