The apparatus includes a loading unit, the system for outlet of the cooled converter gases, horizontal lining furnace, the system of supply of hot converter gases equipped with supporting arched structures of high-temperature resistant material, unloading unit, mechanism for loading of the burnt limestone and unloading mechanism for soft burnt lime and additionally contains horizontal rectangular tank made of high-temperature resistant material, which is located between the system of supply of hot converter gases and unloading unit and device for cooling of hot soft-burnt lime, at that the correlation of length of the part of horizontal tank, which is disposed above the unloading unit, to the length of the part of horizontal tank, which is disposed above the cooling device of hot burnt lime, is equal to the ratio of the mass produced by the hot soft-burnt lime to the mass produced by cold soft-burnt lime, and the ratio of the height of the horizontal tank to the length of the part of the horizontal tank, which is disposed above the unloading unit is equal to tangent of the angle of natural slope of the burnt material, at that the cooling device of hot soft-burnt lime is made in the form of located one below each other: the system for removal of heated air, horizontal lined heat exchanger; system for supplying of cooling air; storage tank for the cooled soft-burnt lime and mechanism for unloading of cold soft-burnt lime, and also system for outlet of the heated air is made in the form of made from heatproof material horizontal rectangular tank, consisting of short and long walls, and also from a rectangular vertical partitions between the long walls, at that in the body of short and long walls provided annular rectangular collector air duct, connected by a horizontal quadrangular channel with heated air drainage pipe, placed in one of the short walls and in the body of partitions there are horizontal quadrangular channels that connect the rectangular collector air duct through the horizontal quadrangular holes with vertical square channel for passing down of the heated soft-burnt lime, and for passing upward of the cooling air through the formed walls of the horizontal tank and partitions between the long walls; horizontal lined heat exchanger – in the form of a horizontal rectangular tank, consisting of short and long walls, and also the rectangular vertical partitions between long walls, at that the height of the working area of the horizontally lined heat exchanger is selected so as to ensure the gas-dynamic resistance of the cooled soft-burnt lime of the given size not exceeding the amount of dilution, able to be created with applicable for this equipment, the system of cooled air supply in the form of the produced and heatproof material of horizontal rectangular tank that is made from the short and long walls, and also from the rectangular vertical partitions between the long walls, which are based on disposed under them T-shaped supports, at that in the body of short and long walls an annular rectangular collector air duct is provided, which duct is connected to a horizontal square channel with a pipe, supplying the air, placed in one of the short walls, and in the body of partitions there are quadrangular horizontal channels connecting the rectangular collector air duct through the horizontal four-sided holes with vertical quadrangular channels for passing down of the cooled soft-burnt lime, and from the bottom up the cooling air is introduced through the channels, formed by the walls of horizontal air ducts and partitions between the long walls of the channel; the storage tank for the cooled soft-burnt lime in the form of empty horizontal inverted prism, which is composed of the lower base, the lateral faces and the connecting flange, at that its lower base contains tetrahedral holes for disposing the unloading mechanism of the cooled soft-burnt lime. The invention provides a higher degree of cooling of converter gases and annealing limestone with the producing of hot and cold soft-burnt lime.
