METHOD OF THE RESECTION OF TRACHEAL BIFURCATION WITH PRESERVATION OF LUNGS

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to thoracic surgery, and concerns a method of the resection of tracheal bifurcation with preservation of lungs. According to the method while circular resection of trachea an intermediate bronchus, proximal bronchus and left main bronchus are dissected in sequence, thereafter polybronchial anastomosis is performed between trachea, right proximal bronchus and intermediate one with formation of tracheal trifurcation.
