METHOD FOR THE MOBILITY MANAGEMENT OF DEVICES IN MOBILE WIRELESS NETWORKS, MOBILE WIRELESS NETWORK AND MOBILE TERMINAL

The method involves determining and evaluating mobility relevant mobile terminal-data by a fixed station (BTS) of a mobile network (PLMN). Mobile terminals are assigned to a transportation route and/or transportation medium e.g. car or train, based on the mobile terminal-data, and the mobile terminals are assigned to a group and a grouping data is formed for mobility administration of the mobile terminal. The position and/or moving direction of the mobile terminal is determined. An independent claim is also included for a mobile terminal with an operating program for executing a method for exchanging data with a fixed station.
