A user equipment for a telecommunications system, the telecommunications system comprising at least a first base station radio, the user equipment comprising: means for controlling a transmission power of the user equipment, so that said power transmission has a first value for a first set of one or more signals sent over a physical channel between the user equipment and the first base station radio, and a second value for a second set of one or more signals sent over said physical channel between the user equipment and the first radio base station, wherein said first value and said second value are different; means for receiving an indication that one or more signals from the user equipment are interfering with a second radio base station, wherein said transmission power is controlled based on said indication.
