Method for the construction of a water tower (1) made of reinforced concrete comprising a bed (2), a raised tank (3), and a shaft (5) to support the tank (3) above the bed (2) ; the method comprising the steps of: providing the bed (2) on the floor; complete the tank (3) above the bed (2) and at the top of a formwork (9) for the formation of the shaft (5), which comprises a removable annular reinforcement (8) having an internal section identical to that of the shaft (5) to be formed and of a smaller height than the shaft itself (5), connection means (21, 22) that extend between the frame (8) and the tank (3) to make the armor (8) and the tank (3) are fixed with respect to each other, and a plurality of hydraulic jacks (14) distributed around the armature (8) and each comprising a top mobile wand (16), a foot (17) lower tubular, and resting means (18) coupled to the tubular foot (17); perform a first casting of a first segment (28) of the shaft (5) defined by the frame (8) kept in contact with the bed (2) and covers the tubular feet (17) of the hydraulic jacks (14); move the moving rods (16) of the hydraulic jacks (14) upwards from an initially retracted position to an extracted position, thus determining the lifting of the tank (3) and the reinforcement (8) for a given section; carry out, for at least one hydraulic jack (14), and in succession for all other hydraulic jacks (14), the advance operations that consist of: putting the corresponding moving rod (16) in the retracted position, thus determining the lifting of the corresponding hydraulic jack (14) for the given section; and put the hydraulic jack (14) back in an action without lifting the tank (3); carrying out a second casting of a second segment (28) of the shaft (5) defined by the frame (8) on top of the first segment (28); and repeat the lifting, advancing, and casting operations several times necessary to complete the shaft (5); the method being characterized in that: the advance operations also consist of feeding with sand (30) through the corresponding tubular foot (17) and under the resting means (18) of each hydraulic jack (14) so that when the hydraulic jack (14) is put back into action the jack (14) rests on the sand (30) with the resting means (18); Each hydraulic jack (14) is a double-acting hydraulic jack and comprises two chambers (66, 67), which are designed to be filled with pressurized oil, are equipped with respective pistons (68) connected to the moving rod (16), and they are filled and emptied alternately to move the moving rod (16) in two opposite directions; it comprises the additional step of identifying at least one hydraulic jack (14) that is subjected to a lower load than that of the other hydraulic jacks (14) due to a lack of symmetry of the assembly; and comprises the additional step of hydraulically increasing the load of the hydraulic jack (14) that is subjected to a lower load than that of the other hydraulic jacks (14) in order to balance the loads of all the hydraulic jacks (14), obstructing the oil outlet from the chamber (67) that is emptied of the oil during the upward movement of the moving rod (16).
