A composition for generating a protective film barrier for the reduction of proliferative scar formation after surgical incisions or accidental wounds comprising: - a cyclic siloxane; - a silicone occlusive fluid in the form of a polyalkylsiloxane chosen from poly (dimethyldiloxane), poly (methylethylsiloxane), poly (methylphenylsiloxane) and mixtures thereof with a viscosity between 50 and 500 mm 2 .s -1 (cSt); - a silicone occlusive gel in the form of dispersion of a silicone elastomer in a silicone oil, characterized in that the silicone elastomer is chosen from: crosslinked dimethicone, stearyl methyldimethyl siloxane copolymer, polysilicone-11, crosslinked cetearyl dimethicone polymer / vinyl dimethicone, cross-linked polymer of dimethicone / phenyl vinyl dimethicone and cross-linked polymer of dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone and the silicone oil is chosen from: phenyl trimethicone, phenyl dimethicone, dimethicone copolyol and alkyl dimethicone copolyol. - a silicone resin powder in the form of polymethyl silsesquioxane.
