The method for distributing wireless audio and video signals indoors comprises receiving broadband signals in a radio access node (101) which transmits and receives wireless signals to and from at least one client device (110); the method is characterized in that the radio access node (101) processes the received signals and generates a new modified DVB-T type signal in the 5 GHz band, so that the spectral power density of the modified DVB-T type signal is at least 4 dB greater than the IEEE 802.11 n signal which uses the same frequency band. This allows reliably sending interference-resistant audio and video signals, ensuring coverage, monitoring and remote configuration of the system used and ensuring quality of service.
