Bone marrow harvesting drill (1) comprising: an inner needle (2) having a cutting edge (4) and a shaft (8) at one end and a rear end thereof, respectively; a tubular casing (3) receiving the inner needle (2) therein, so that the inner needle (2) and the tubular casing (3) are detachably fixed, such that the tip and the rear end of the inner needle (2) projecting from the tubular casing (3); and a locking mechanism that prevents the axial rotation of the tubular casing (3) and the inner needle (2) relative to the other; wherein the inner needle (2) a groove (5) formed at the tip thereof projecting from the tubular casing (3) when the inner needle (2) is inserted inside the tubular casing (3) to download the bones produced by the cutting edge (4) at the tip of the inner needle (2); introducing the tubular casing (3) a cutting edge (15) formed at a tip edge thereof and a helical groove (16) extending from the tip edge of the tubular mantle (3) until at least a portion of a peripheral surface of the tubular casing (3) to be flush with the groove (5) of the inner needle (2); and it is formed by at least a portion of a leading edge of the helical groove (16) as a concave notch (16a).
