Composition for the oxidation dyeing of keratin fibers, in particular human keratinous fibers such as hair, characterized by comprising, in a medium appropriate for dyeing, a) at least one oxidation dye, b) at least a fatty alcohol oxyalkylene, c) at least one associative polymer chosen from amphiphilic polymers, and d) at least one amide of an alkanolamine and a fatty acid of C14-C30, being between 5 and 20 the weight ratio of amide of an alkanolamine and a fatty acid of C14-C30 of the associative polymer.
