Procedure for the precise calculation regarding the elapsed time of the balance of different loyalty programs by virtue of the behavior of telephone calls of a user and the use of services in the IP-based Multimedia Subsystem, IMS, in which in a database record and store statistical data of the user through an Online Statistic Advertisement Server Service, OSAS (3), in which the procedure is characterized by the following stages of the procedure: - Store loyalty program profiles in a Loyalty Profile Function, LPF (4) in which the profile data contains all the elements to check and control the prescribed criteria for paying the loyalty bonds and are defined by the operator's marketing or by the business partners. - Register the user as a participant in a loyalty program in a Home Subscriber Server Profil, HSS (8), as part of the user's IMS subscription; - Recognize the user who participates in the loyalty program through the HSS in the IMS (10); - Initiation of a service through the user - Contact the OSAS (3) during the elapsed time of a service through the profile HSS (8), and record the statistics regarding the elapsed time relative to the service, such as type, time, time intervals and the like; - Activate an Online Loyality Server, OLS (5) from the HSS profile (8), accessing through the backplane of Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, SOA (2) to the LPF (4) and OSAS (3), to adjust statistical data and profile data; - Send from the interfaces to the operator's systems (1) and initiate interfaces through the OLS (5) when the relevant conditions for a loyalty program to pay a balance in the operator's systems (1) are met; - Use the operator's systems (1) through the OLS (5) to inform users about the elapsed time of loyalty transactions, and the user can be informed about the current balance, credits or current award miles, for example through Multiple Media Service, MMS, or Short Message Service, SMS; - Make available after OLS contact (5).
