Pump mounted on a bottle allowing the distribution of a liquid contained in said bottle and comprising: - a body (3) attached to said pump bottle and can communicate with the liquid; - an atomizer (9) connected to a pushbutton (10) actuated by translation in said body and including a dispensing stroke with at least one upper opening (12) and a channel (13) whose lower end communicates with a duct distribution (14); - a resilient retainer (11) of the translation of said sprayer in said body; - a piston (16) mounted in frictional contact against the inner surface of said body to define a metering chamber (17) communicating with the liquid through a valve; said piston has a sealing state 10 of the upper holes (12) and a communication state of said upper holes with the metering chamber (17); the piston (16) includes a lower sealing lip (16a) and a lip upper sealing (16b) in frictional contact on the inner surface of the body (3); said upper lip extending from the opposite side of the lower lip (16a) with respect to the direction of translation of the piston (16) and the piston (16) is mounted coaxially around the atomizer (9) in a connecting region including a projection (21) for centering and sealing the piston (16) around the nozzle (9); said attachment zone includes an annular space (22) allowing angular displacement of said sprayer with respect to said piston to allow a rotation seal between the piston (16) and the atomizer (9); said attachment zone allows relative sliding of the piston (16) around the nozzle (9) between its state of sealing and its state of communication by an elastic prestressing means (20) supported between the piston (16) and the spray (9); the pump also includes an extender (28) attached to the body (3) and the piston (16) slides through the expander (28); the retaining means (11) rests on the outside of the lower bolt (29) of the extender (28); said pump includes an upper hood (24) which is interposed between the nozzle (9) and the button (10); said bell (24) includes a lower skirt (32) having an outer diameter which allows, during the displacement by translation of the atomizer (9), a sliding without play of said skirt 25 by the expander (28).
