The subject of the invention is a new process for sensitizing antigen presenting cells, new means for implementing the process, and new membrane vesicles having an immunogenic power. The invention relates in particular to texosomes (vesicles derived from tumor cells) and dexosomes (vesicles derived from dendritic cells loaded or not with antigens), and their use for vectorization and presentation of antigens in vitro or in vivo as well as in methods or compositions for the treatment of cancers, infectious, parasitic or autoimmune diseases in particular.
