USE OF DEFIBROTIDE AND AT LEAST ONE HAEMATOPOIETIC FACTOR TO MOBILIZE HAEMATOPOIETIC PROGENITORS

A description is given of a method of increasing the amount of stem cells andprogenitor cells in the peripheral blood of a mammal; the method ischaracterised by the administration of defibrotide in combination or intemporal proximity with at least one haematopoietic factor, (preferably G-CSF)having the capacity to mobilise haematopoietic progenitors.
