Pharmaceutical composition for inhalation, containing as active ingredienteffective amounts of salmeterol or a physiologically salt of salmeterol or asolvate thereof, and budesonide or a therapeutically salt of budesonide or asolvate thereof, wherein the molecular ratio of salmeterol component tobudesonide component is in the range 1:2 to 1:50, together with apharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
