Automated and robotic platform (1) comprising a reactor battery miniaturized (3) each containing a cell culture. The platform comprises an external sensor (7) for measuring at least one optical property of each cell culture contained in each miniaturized reactor. The platform form also includes a movable sensor holder (9) adapted to receive the sensor external. The sensor holder comprises means for moving the sensor for move the external sensor from one miniaturized reactor to another and for allow the real time measurement of said at least one optical property. The platform also includes means of control and treatment for receive real-time measurements of the optical property of the external sensor and to control in real time a displacement of the movable sensor holder.
