DISPLAY FOR USE IN MANAGING MOVEMENT OF A PATIENT IN A BED

A system is provided for communicating to health care workers theturning, positioning and schedule requirements of dependent patients withpressureulcers, or at risk for the development of pressure ulcers. The system includesadisplay indicating a next required position of the patient and a displayindicating atime for next movement of the patient to the next position. The time of nextmovement is calculated by entering an indication of a maximum allowable timeforthe patient to remain in each position and adding this to the current time.
