The present invention relates to methods for screening or purifyingenteroviruses, a method for mass-producing enteroviruses, and a methodfor manufacturing an enterovirus vaccine. The method for screeningenteroviruses in a sample comprises the following steps: (A) providing asample and a carrier, wherein monosaccharides such as glucose orgalactose are bound to the surface of the carrier, and themonosaccharides have binding affinity to enterovirus; (B) contacting thesample with the carrier; (C) removing components of the sample that donot bind to the carrier; (D) providing a detection unit and contacting thedetection unit with the carrier, wherein the detection unit binds to thesample bound on the carrier; and (E) measuring a signal of the detectionunit, wherein when the signal of the detection unit is detected, itrepresents that the enterovirus exists in the sample.
