An ELISA kit for detecting Sudan red includes: a plate coated with a coating molecule, enzymelabeled molecule, Sudan red standard solution, substrate and color developing solution,stop solution, concentrated washing solution and concentrated diluting solution.The kit can also include: specific antibody concentrated solution to Sudan redand diluting solution for concentrated antibody. A detecting method for Sudanred with said ELISA kit, which includes the steps: firstly, pretreating samples;then detecting the samples with the kit; lastly, analyzing the results.
