A noble metal-containing Ti-Si material, characterized in that its compositionin oxide form is xTiO 100SiO yEO zE, whereinx is 0.001~50.0, (y+z) is 0.0001~20.0 and y/z is 5, E is one or more noble metal(s)selected from Ru, Rh, Rd, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Ag and Au, m is the number satisfying withthe oxidized state of E, and that its crystallite has hollow or concavo-convexstructure. The synergistic effect between noble metal and Ti-Si molecular sieveof the material is improved, thus the selectivity of the product and the activityand stability of the material are remarkably improved during oxidation reactions.
